Do you want to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive sales, or improve customer service? Who are your ideal customers? What are their needs, preferences, challenges, and interests? How can you help them solve their problems or fulfil their desires? A plan needs to be customer orientated to be effective. By defining your goals and audience, you can create a social media strategy that aligns with your business objectives and resonates with your target market.
